Muzzle Brakes are also known as: Flash Suppressor, Flash Hider, Flash Hinder & Anti Climb Device.
These are designed for LIVE FIRING.
We test all our Muzzle Brakes & Barrel Shrouds to be 100% sure that they function shot after shot without any problems.
MFI uses the term "Flash Suppressor" ONLY in reference to the shape / look that our Muzzle Brakes have as they are designed to mimic the external appearance of their Military Counterparts. The fact is that all our Muzzle Brakes have ZERO Flash Suppression and little if any Anti-Climb effects during shooting. This is because we bore out the forward section with a straight through hole to allow the customer to adjust / fine tone the exact Overall Length of the weapon to achieve the best looking and 100% legal result.
This Version of the MFI FNH FS2000 Muzzle Brake is specifically made for the Beretta USA CX4 Storm 9mm Carbine. When we were developing the new Muzzle Brake for the California OAL 30" FS 2000 we thought that this same product looked cool on the Beretta CX4. So all we did was stroke / bore out the center to contour to the naked barrel of the CX4. Cool as this is we only have enough wall thickness to accommodate the 9mm barrel.

This same product can be either used as a Muzzle Brake (slid forward) or as a Barrel Shroud (slid to the back position).
The above photos show the MFI Beretta CX4 9mm Storm Muzzle Brake and or (can be BOTH) Barrel Shroud in the FNH FS 2000 Style .
This product fits ONLY the Beretta USA CX4 Storm Carbine in 9mm.
Unlike our other products this item is specifically for a VERY LIMITED MARKET and as such is made in very small volumes. Normal production for any other item is 1000 per year minimum. This Special CX4 version we have only made 50 units to test the market. So it goes without saying we have to charge more money for these. We do our best to keep the price down for our valued CX4 customers.

The MFI Beretta CX4 Muzzle Brake / Barrel Shroud fits the CX4 Storm Rifles in 9mm ONLY WITHOUT ANY MODIFICATION.
This accessory does NOT affect the accuracy of the weapon in any way.
The MFI Beretta CX4 Muzzle Brake / Barrel Shroud slides onto your barrel and we supply 2 set screws located at the bottom that holds item in place. This set screw is steel tipped and makes contact with your barrel. You may use Loctite, Weld or Silver Solder over the set screw to make this more permanent.

I bought this last week on Thursday and got it today (Monday!!) so koodoos on the fast shipping. This brake really completes my CX4 Strom which seemed to be lacking something important at the front end. I searched high and low for all options and every option I found (5) including the Beretta logoed Barrel Shroud turned out to be made by MFI... Anyway... Super nice finish and amazing high end machining. I am so glad that someone pays attention to the CX4 market and prides themselves on making a quality product at a more than far price!
