This Version of the MFI CETME L Muzzle Brake is specifically made for the California and other state's where a true Muzzle Brake is required in order to be 100% in compliance with the current laws.

We carefully maintain the original 3 Prong or Acorn shape of the original Spanish CETME L flash suppressor by having only one open slot, which when timed appropriately will be at the 12 o'clock position on the barrel. We simulate the other 2 slots via cosmetic grooves cut in the 4 and 8 o'clock positions, but the slots do not open to the inside expansion chamber.

You will need a crush or peel washer to get the single open slot correctly timed. In doing so do NOT exceed 10 foot pounds of torque as greater force will remove the tolerance for heat exchange between the barrel and the muzzle brake. MFI does not supply or sell any crush or peel washers as those are normally supplied with your rifle.

This item will fit ANY BARREL with a 1/2 X 28 tpi Right Hand Thread.

Unlike our other products this item is specifically for a VERY LIMITED MARKET and as such is made in very small volumes. Normal production for any other item is 1000 per year minimum.
