Q: What is the best way to get hold of MFI if I have questions?

Calling 760-728-7079 from 7 days a week 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST is always the fastest way to get the best and most detailed information.

I am a one-man-show and love what I do so if I hear the phone ring I will answer it.

E-Mail is also good as I respond to all inquiries as soon as I get them.

Please note I am NOT connected 24/7/365 so you can expect a normal delay for any response. Additionally I turn my phone off from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM PST everyday. Sorry I need my beauty rest.

MFI reserves the right to REFUSE service for any reason. This includes canceling orders that have been placed without prior notice or approval from the customer.

Q: Does MFI offer Discounts to Military?

MFI offers discounts to Military and Law Enforcement who are buying for their personal use regardless of their status of being Active, Reserve or Retired Veteran. Most often these are discounts that are made up off the top of my head and usually based on available inventory.

Q: How do you secure my personal payment information?

E-Commerce Security: All on-line orders are done via a secure server which follows all standard credit card processing security protocol. These security measures are required by all major credit card companies. E-Commerce orders transmitted to MFI do NOT have your credit card number, expire date or CVC code. We only get your name, address, products ordered and confirmation that payment was made.

We use, which is one of the largest and most secure on-line gateways for commerce in the USA.

Phone Orders: MFI follows all proscribed high security protocols required by our Merchant Card Provider. MFI will NEVER take a credit card order over the phone.

We do NOT retain any card data that could be stolen or lost as we are never in possession of it. All processing is done via the same secure server as an e-commerce order and is 100% encrypted during transmission.


While I fully understand that sometimes we all forget about making a purchase when looking at our credit card statement. For this exact reason we make sure that "MFI", our phone number and web site address appear on all statements next to the amount. Charge backs are very serious and cause additional time and paper work to defend. Even if we are 100% successful in defending the charge (The one you forgot about) it still costs us $25.00, which is a fee we have to pay to the our card services company. This fee is real and non-refundable. Because of this whenever some makes a claim against us and did not take the few seconds to dial the phone number on the statement to refresh their memory, I have no choice, but to hold the customer responsible for their actions. Any charge back I receive will cost the customer $25.00 on their next order. Additionally we will need a letter from you stating that this $25.00 fee is valid. If you do not want to pay / comply, then I will cancel your order and NEVER SELL to you ever again.

Once a claim is made the fee applies and cannot be refunded as the damage is already done.

All I am asking is the same courtesy I give sellers that I buy from and accept the consequences of my actions.

Q: Warranty

Warranty: All MFI products are covered by our 60 Day Risk Free Money Back Guaranty, which generally insures that the product is free from defects and that you the customer are happy with the item.

Returned items in resalable condition (I do not care about the packaging) meaning complete / all parts and without damage, will receive a full refund less the S&H cost, which is spelled out on your invoice. Products that "Include the shipped in the title" will be refunded according to how they were shipped. I do not offer free mailing labels on returns. It is your responsibility to get the item back to me. In very, very rare circumstances where the item was damaged or not as described I do send return labels.

Cash / Check or Credit Card Refunds are NOT made after the 60 day period.

Most MFI products are also covered by a Limited Life Time Guaranty depending on the product line and material of construction. Limited Life in regards to the normal expected use of the materials of construction.

So here is the deal... I am a "One-Man-Show" and I live eat and breath all things weapons related. I love what I do and feel incredibly lucking that I am able to do a business like this in the Great USA!

Everything that I manufacture has a Limited Life Time Warranty.

The “Limited Life” is base only on two things:

  1. My ability / "Limit" to fix or replace the item. Meaning I have the replacement parts or a spare one in inventory to give to you.
  2. My “Life” is as long as I am alive. Meaning once I am dead it is likely all over.

All MFI weapons accessories manufactured either of aluminum or steel carry our 10 Year Limited Life Time Guaranty. Meaning that they should not ware out or fail for any reason under normal use. Yes we are including Military type of use in extreme conditions.


LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. All products MFI branded products carry our LIFETIME GUARANTY. This warranty covers the product after the aforementioned 60 Day Warranty. MFI warrants that any purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original owner from the date of purchase. MFI's entire liability and your exclusive remedy will be replacement or repair of the product, if returned to MFI with funds for return shipping and with a copy of the sales receipt. NOTE: This warranty does not apply to breakage or malfunction due to accident, abuse or improper use, mishandling, improper or poor maintenance. Nor does it apply to any item no longer manufactured by MFI or discounted items where the sale specifically states no returns / refunds. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, MFI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Some soft goods like the HALO Reflective Products have their own Repair and or replacement only.

There is no warranty on any item that we no longer manufacture. Obviously impossible to fix or replace an item we have no parts for.

Q: How is my shipment package / protected from damage?

95% of the packages I send out are via USPS 1st Class of USPS Priority Mail.

All items are wrapped with some sort of protective barrier like bubble wrap to protect them from being scratched during shipping.

Most of our packages will include re-usable / returnable USPS protective mailing materials, so keep these USPS Boxes, Padded Envelopes in the event you wish to return a product to MFI. If that does not occur please feel free to re-use the materials in your mailing needs.
