NOTE: This items will NOT fit the GSG MP40 .22 LR Carbine plug and play. It will require a special barrel extension with a 16mm thread. I can do those custom. Just contact me.
The MFI MP40 Fake Silencer slides over the barrel extension (sold separately)and is held on by 4 steel cup tipped set screws, which will securely hold the shroud in place.
If you are using this product for any other application where a MFI barrel extension is not used, the steel cup tipped set screws will dent your barrel unless you protect your barrel in some manner.

Sliding anything over your barrel or using any type of set screw WILL leave a mark. If your are worried about marking or scratching your barrel, this product is NOT for you.
