This is the latest version of the MFI SOCOM for AK74SU carbine Clones.

Unfortunately given the very limited production of the AK-74-SU Clone Carbines with a 16" barrel, so this product is more expensive than our other models. I only made a few at a great cost because I really hate the AKs with long thin barrels. I had to help my brothers in arms who have these. I have heard your cries!

This will 100% fix the problem and make your SRL107 as sexy as any of the other clones.

This works vastly different from the other fake silencers / barrel shrouds, as it screws directly on to the end of the gas block. The inside diameter is large enough to accommodate the hideous thin barrel and allow the SOCOM Shroud slide all the way down the barrel. There are threads on the very beginning of the SOCOM Can and those mate with the threads on the front of your gas block, so you need to remove the thread protector on your gas block prior to installation. The thread will bottom out and you will use the spring detent in the gas block to keep the shroud from rotating / unscrewing. You will need to mark where the detent hits when fully tightened, then remove the shroud and cut / grind or file out a notch for the detent to slide into. So NO SET SCREWS!

This new style simulates the new and current version that Knights Armament makes for the KAC SR25 and M110 suppressed weapons platforms.

Any local trophy shop can engrave the MFI SOCOM with whatever custom engraving you wish, as it is Mil. Spec. Anodized.

MFI has produced a legal version of the SOCOM Knights Armament Silencer aka KAC M110 or SR-25 (to meet current BATF specifications for a Fake Silencer / Non-Functional / Cosmetic Only ) here in the USA. MFI has been a Class II BAFT 07 Manufacturer + SOT & a DOD / Military Contractor so we have access to the real thing here to take measurements off of to assure as close a match as possible. The only areas where we deviate from the original in, is that the depth of the holes are deeper to reduce weight and add a greater 3D effect.

Materials of construction:

The Shroud's' Body is entirely made out of 6061 T-6 Aircraft Grade Aluminum. It is one solid piece and has no moving parts.
