We only refund S&H costs if a mistake was made on our part. We do NOT refund S&H costs and any time FREE SHIPPING was given the credit will be less $10.75 for Priority and $6.75 for First Class Mail which is our basic S&H cost. Bottom line is nothing is free. We also do NOT pay for return shipping unless we made a mistake in filling the order.

Q: Does MFI accept Returns?

Returns: MFI has a 90 Day Risk Free Money Back Guaranty. The only exception to this is if the item is “CUSTOM” in any way. Otherwise you are allowed to use the item from the point of purchase and YES this means in most cases you can mount the item to a weapon and firing it as much as you like. We are aware that this may result in minor rub marks or scratches to the product. We not only warrant that the item will work as it should, but also that you will be 100% satisfied with it. If not you can return the item for a full refund less the S&H cost. Obviously excessive or abusive use is not part of our deal with you. Especially it the damage is deliberate. This is NOT a “No questions asked” policy. We would like to know of any short comings or defects in the product or its performance, in order to insure that we are providing a quality product. We do NOT refuse returns for any reason. Any reason you have is legitimate to us. We do ask that you contact us before sending an item back, which gives us the opportunity to perhaps rectify the situation if at all possible. We can only offer a return policy of this nature as we have so few returns.

No restocking fee within the 90 days.

After 90 days and up to 180 days there is a 20% restocking fee.

After 180 days and up to 1 year there is a 35% restocking fee.

After 1 year there is a no return.

No Return on “CUSTOM” Items. Custom usually refers to a specific thread pattern in which you the customer told us that you wanted. Obviously we cannot take back a Custom Threaded product and or a Specific Length of an item as it would be un-sellable and 100% useless to us. In short… if you were so confident to place a custom order you should be as confident to re-sell it yourself.

Tracking Numbers: All tracking numbers are sent via e-mail as soon as the order is shipped.

Order Fulfillment: Orders received before 8:00 AM PST (Mon – Fri) are guaranteed to filled that same business day. Orders received after that time, we try to get out that same day as well, but worst case scenario is that they ship the next business day (including Saturday if being sent via USPS). We have a number of shipping methods to choose from including USPS, UPS and Federal Express.

All items are wrapped with some sort of protective barrier like bubble wrap to protect them from being scratched during shipping.

Most of our packages will include re-usable / returnable USPS protective mailing materials, so keep these USPS Boxes, Padded Envelopes in the event you wish to return a product to MFI. If that does not occur please feel free to re-use the materials in your mailing needs.

Firearms and their parts are restricted by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 CFR 121.1 Category I(f)). They cannot be exported from the United States without an approved license from the U.S. Department of State. Diversion contrary to law may result in criminal and administrative penalties up to a maximum of 10 years imprisonment and a $1,000,000 fine per violation. Export Policy and Export Restrictions Information:

The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control administer export control regulations that affect some aspects of our business. We request that you (the "Customer") read and familiarize yourself with the following regarding certain applicable export regulations.

The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. MFI LLC will NOT engage in any transaction that requires the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products. An accurate Automated Export System (AES) filing must be made, whether or not the exportation requires a license.

If you wish to purchase an item for ultimate shipment or use outside of the United States, please indicate this fact in your order. Depending on the value of the order, specific item(s), end user, country of ultimate destination and end use, MFI LLC may be required to apply for an export license with the appropriate U.S. government agency.

Export Policy and Restrictions - MFI LLC's 'Published Policy

All APO/FPO address are considered OUTSIDE the USA.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR): All of the item(s) on this website are subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and export is strictly prohibited without authorization or a license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any ITAR restricted item(s), the Customer certifies that (i) the purchase does not require MFI LLC to export such items, unless MFI LLC is aware of the export and has obtained the appropriate U.S. Government authorization; (ii) the Customer does not intend to export such items after receipt from MFI LLC without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iii) the Customer does not intend to export, transfer, sell, or furnish the item to any foreign person, whether abroad or in the U.S., including any Foreign Embassy in the U.S., without the appropriate U.S. Government export authorization; (iv) the Customer understands that a foreign person under the ITAR § 120.16 means "any natural person who is not a lawful permanent resident as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20) or who is not a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)," and can mean "any foreign corporation, business association, trust, society, or any other entity or group that is not incorporated or organized to do business in the U.S., as well as international organizations, foreign governments, and any agency or subdivisions of government (e.g. diplomatic missions)" (See ITAR § 120.16); (v) the Customer is a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR § 120.15, meaning the Customer is a lawful permanent resident of the U.S., as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1101(a)(20), or is a protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or is a "corporation, business association, partnership, society, trust, or any other entity, organization or group that is incorporated to do business in the U.S., or is a governmental (federal, state, or local) entity" (See ITAR § 120.15).

Export Administration Regulations (EAR): All of the item(s) on this website are subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and export may be restricted by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security. Important Export Restrictions Warning!

(1) Export of all MFI LLC products is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120-130) or a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of Commerce, in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 C.F.R. 730-774).

(2) U.S. law prohibits the sale, transfer, or export of items to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries, as identified on lists maintained by the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Department of Commerce, and the U.S. Department of Treasury. It is the responsibility of the Customer to be aware of these lists, which can be found at the following U.S. Government websites. By proceeding with any transaction, the Customer certifies that the Customer will not engage in any unauthorized transaction involving the export of MFI LLC products to any restricted parties or destinations.

By proceeding with a transaction to purchase any items from MFI LLC, the Customer certifies that it will comply with all requirements imposed by all applicable laws, regulations and administrative policies.

Important Export Restrictions:

All Exports: These commodities, technology or software were exported from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations. Diversion contrary to United States law is prohibited.

MFI reserves the right to REFUSE service for any reason. This includes canceling orders that have been placed without prior notice or approval from the customer.

MFI offers discounts to Military and Law Enforcement who are buying for their personal use regardless of their status of being Active, Reserve or Retired Veteran. Most often these are discounts that are made up off the top of my head and usually based on available inventory.

E-Commerce Security: All on-line orders are done via a secure server which follows all standard credit card processing security protocol. These security measures are required by all major credit card companies. E-Commerce orders transmitted to MFI do NOT have your credit card number, expire date or CVC code. We only get your name, address, products ordered and confirmation that payment was made.

We use Authorize.net, which is one of the largest and most secure on-line gateways for commerce in the USA.

Phone Orders: MFI follows all proscribed high security protocols required by our Merchant Card Provider. MFI will NEVER take a credit card order over the phone.

We do NOT retain any card data that could be stolen or lost as we are never in possession of it. All processing is done via the same secure server as an e-commerce order and is 100% encrypted during transmission.

SPECIAL NOTE ON CHARGE BACKS:

While I fully understand that sometimes we all forget about making a purchase when looking at our credit card statement. For this exact reason we make sure that "MFI", our phone number and web site address appear on all statements next to the amount. Charge backs are very serious and cause additional time and paper work to defend. Even if we are 100% successful in defending the charge (The one you forgot about) it still costs us $25.00, which is a fee we have to pay to the our card services company. This fee is real and non-refundable. Because of this whenever some makes a claim against us and did not take the few seconds to dial the phone number on the statement to refresh their memory, I have no choice, but to hold the customer responsible for their actions. Any charge back I receive will cost the customer $25.00 on their next order. Additionally we will need a letter from you stating that this $25.00 fee is valid. If you do not want to pay / comply, then I will cancel your order and NEVER SELL to you ever again.

Once a claim is made the fee applies and cannot be refunded as the damage is already done.

All I am asking is the same courtesy I give sellers that I buy from and accept the consequences of my actions.

Warranty: All MFI products are covered by our 60 Day Risk Free Money Back Guaranty, which generally insures that the product is free from defects and that you the customer are happy with the item.

Returned items in resalable condition (I do not care about the packaging) meaning complete / all parts and without damage, will receive a full refund less the S&H cost, which is spelled out on your invoice. Products that "Include the shipped in the title" will be refunded according to how they were shipped. I do not offer free mailing labels on returns. It is your responsibility to get the item back to me. In very, very rare circumstances where the item was damaged or not as described I do send return labels.

Cash / Check or Credit Card Refunds are NOT made after the 60 day period.

Most MFI products are also covered by a Limited Life Time Guaranty depending on the product line and material of construction. Limited Life in regards to the normal expected use of the materials of construction.

So here is the deal... I am a "One-Man-Show" and I live eat and breath all things weapons related. I love what I do and feel incredibly lucking that I am able to do a business like this in the Great USA!

Everything that I manufacture has a Limited Life Time Warranty.

The “Limited Life” is base only on two things:

1. My ability / "Limit" to fix or replace the item. Meaning I have the replacement parts or a spare one in inventory to give to you.
2. My “Life” is as long as I am alive. Meaning once I am dead it is likely all over.

All MFI weapons accessories manufactured either of aluminum or steel carry our 10 Year Limited Life Time Guaranty. Meaning that they should not ware out or fail for any reason under normal use. Yes we are including Military type of use in extreme conditions.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. All products MFI branded products carry our LIFETIME GUARANTY. This warranty covers the product after the aforementioned 60 Day Warranty. MFI warrants that any purchase will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original owner from the date of purchase. MFI's entire liability and your exclusive remedy will be replacement or repair of the product, if returned to MFI with funds for return shipping and with a copy of the sales receipt. NOTE: This warranty does not apply to breakage or malfunction due to accident, abuse or improper use, mishandling, improper or poor maintenance. Nor does it apply to any item no longer manufactured by MFI or discounted items where the sale specifically states no returns / refunds. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE, MFI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL MFI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FORM USE OF ANY ITEM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL MFI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON USING ANY ITEM FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Some soft goods like the HALO Reflective Products have their own Repair and or replacement only.

Data Base & E-Mail List: As 60% of our customers are Military or Law Enforcement (DHS, FBI, Secret Service, etc) we NEVER sell, loan, trade, or give away any customer information, especially e-mail addresses. I personally HATE spam and scams and would NEVER subject our customers to that type of violation of our trust.

Special Offers: We do however use the e-mail list to send customers Coupons & Special Offers as a thanks for their patronage. In order to get on this list the customer must check the box during the cart check out process. Our customers have complete control over subscription or un-subscription.
