We only refund S&H costs if a mistake was made on our part. We do NOT refund S&H costs and any time FREE SHIPPING was given the credit will be less $9.75 for Priority and $5.75 for First Class Mail which is our basic S&H cost. Bottom line is nothing is free. We also do NOT pay for return shipping unless we made a mistake in filling the order.
Returns: MFI has a 60 Day Risk Free Money Back Guaranty. The only exception to this is if the item is “CUSTOM” in any way. Otherwise you are allowed to use the item from the point of purchase and YES this means in most cases you can mount the item to a weapon and firing it as much as you like. We are aware that this may result in minor rub marks or scratches to the product. We not only warrant that the item will work as it should, but also that you will be 100% satisfied with it. If not you can return the item for a full refund less the S&H cost. Obviously excessive or abusive use is not part of our deal with you. This is NOT a “No questions asked” policy. We would like to know of any short comings or defects in the product or its performance, in order to insure that we are providing a quality product. We do NOT refuse returns for any reason. Any reason you have is legitimate to us. We do ask that you contact us before sending an item back, which gives us the opportunity to perhaps rectify the situation if at all possible. We can only offer a return policy of this nature as we have so few returns. No restocking fee. No Return on “CUSTOM” Items. Custom usually refers to a specific thread pattern in which you the customer told us that you wanted. Obviously we cannot take back a Custom Threaded product and or a Specific Length of an item as it would be un-sellable and 100% useless to us. In short… if you were so confident to place a custom order you should be as confident to re-sell it yourself.
Tracking Numbers: All tracking numbers are sent via e-mail as soon as the order is shipped.
Order Fulfillment: Orders received before 8:00 AM PST (Mon – Fri) are guaranteed to filled that same business day. Orders received after that time, we try to get out that same day as well, but worst case scenario is that they ship the next business day (including Saturday if being sent via USPS). We have a number of shipping methods to choose from including USPS, UPS and Federal Express.
